We offer three main bandwidth tiers: 1Gbps ($999/month), 5Gbps ($3,999/month), and 10Gbps ($6,999/month). All connections are symmetric (equal upload/download speeds) and come with our 100% uptime guarantee. Enterprise customers can also request custom bandwidth configurations.
For standard deployments, most customers are online within 24-48 hours. This includes site surveys, equipment installation, and network configuration. Complex enterprise installations may take 1-2 weeks depending on the number of locations and specific requirements. Our rapid deployment is a key advantage over traditional fiber installations that can take months.

Pricing scales with location count: 1 location (base rate), 2-5 locations (+25%), and 6+ locations (+50%). Yearly contracts receive a 20% discount. We also offer different service levels: Basic (included), Premium (+$500/month), and Enterprise (+$1,500/month) with enhanced SLA and support.
